Ilios Live Events IKE

Ilios Live Events plans and delivers conferences and brand activations for corporate clients across Athens, handling everything from venue sourcing and supplier contracts to the on-site technical crew running sound, lighting and staging on the day. Founded in 2016, the agency has grown from a two-person outfit into a team that now runs upward of 45 events a year. Recent work ranges from a 600-delegate pharmaceutical conference at a downtown congress centre to product launches and brand activations for retail clients around the city. The team draws on a rotating pool of freelance crew for load-in and teardown, and keeps a short list of trusted venues and AV suppliers it returns to season after season.
